TAE Power Solutions (TPS) is pleased to welcome Bhaskar Majee as Vice President of Operations for our Stationary Energy Storage business.
Bhaskar brings more than 20 years of global operations, manufacturing, and supply chain leadership experience across both Fortune 100 companies and high-growth energy technology organizations. In his new role, he will lead operational strategy and execution for TPS’s stationary energy storage business, including supply chain, contract manufacturing, vendor management, quality systems, and deployment readiness as the company scales from development into commercial delivery.
Most recently, Bhaskar served as Vice President of Global Operations at Ampd Energy, where he led manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and business operations initiatives supporting product commercialization and international market expansion. Prior to Ampd, he held executive leadership positions at General Electric, Philips, and American Energy Storage Innovations, leading large-scale operational transformations, integrated supply chains, new product introductions, and global manufacturing.
Bhaskar’s experience spans the full spectrum of operational leadership, from building foundational processes in emerging technology companies to driving large-scale execution across global enterprises. Throughout his career, he has focused on creating the systems, governance, and cross-functional alignment required to scale complex technology businesses while maintaining speed, quality, and customer focus.
At TPS, Bhaskar will play a key role in strengthening the operational foundation needed to support the company’s next phase of growth. As TPS advances its battery energy storage and power management solutions for data centers, grid infrastructure, and other high-performance energy applications, his leadership will help ensure the organization is positioned to scale efficiently and reliably.
