Ran possesses a diverse background in operational roles within manufacturing, supply chain and all financial disciplines, including controllership, business development, financial planning and analysis, SEC reporting, internal audit and financial system design and implementation. He has led successful acquisitions and integrations.
Previously, Ran served as corporate vice president and chief financial officer for nLIGHT, a publicly-traded company. Before joining nLIGHT, Ran served as corporate vice president and chief financial officer for Orbotech Ltd., a publicly-traded company. Ran also held various finance positions at Kulicke & Soffa Industries, Inc., a global designer and manufacturer of semiconductor, LED and electronic assembly equipment, including corporate vice president and principal accounting officer.
Ran is a Certified Public Accountant, and has earned a B.A. in accounting and management from the Tel-Aviv Management College and earned an M.B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.

Simon has spent 25years in propulsion system development, primarily in the automotive sector. He has a track record of building strong, dynamic & collaborative teams whilst taking newly technically advanced products from early concepts into production.
Simon holds a BEng in Engineering, and spend 10 years at Jaguar Land Rover in propulsion system engineering, latterly leading Propulsion system delivery from strategic definition to production across all of Jaguar Land Rovers powertrain systems, including the definition of the all new BEV products soon to be launched.

Most recently, he served as VP of Global Operations at Ampd Energy, where he helped scale the business through strategic partnerships, product commercialization, and critical certification milestones.
Previously, Bhaskar held senior roles at General Electric and Philips, leading global supply chains, operational transformations, enterprise system initiatives, and M&A integrations across technology-driven organizations.
Scott Osborne is Senior Vice President, Commercial at TAE Power Solutions, where he leads commercial activities and go-to-market strategy across the company’s growing portfolio.
Scott brings more than a decade of energy storage experience, beginning at A123 Systems, one of the early pioneers in grid-scale energy storage, where he sold and managed some of the first European energy storage projects. Since then, he has led sales organizations at Greensmith Energy, later acquired by Wärtsilä, KORE Power, and most recently Fluence Energy, where he led the Americas sales team.
