Kedar holds a master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, where he completed his General Management Program.
His broad experience across operations, engineering, management, product development, and ecosystem development gives Kedar a unique perspective in his leadership role. Having initially put his expertise to highly effective use in the global semiconductor and photovoltaic markets, Kedar has made a significant impact in bending the cost curve to increase the affordability of solar energy and accelerate the adoption of photovoltaics around the world.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Lu-Fong Chua leads market intelligence, strategy development and marketing communications for TAE Power Solutions.
Lu-Fong has spent most of his professional life working with diverse advanced technologies, across two countries and both the public and private sectors. He has built a track record in solving complex business challenges, building trust, leading collaboratively, and developing robust market insights across myriad technology inflections.
Prior to joining TAE Power Solutions, Lu-Fong served as the Deputy CMO of Applied Materials’ Display Technologies, where he led emerging technology evaluations and organizational projects. He has also served as Cybersecurity Chief of Staff at Uber Technologies, where he drove organizational maturation supporting the company’s IPO; developed product strategy at Corning for Gorilla Glass’s adjacency applications; and led naval operations as a warship second-in-command in the Singapore Armed Forces.
Lu-Fong believes that TAE’s approach to fusion and power management addresses a genuine planet-scale challenge in energy scarcity, and he joined TAE Power Solutions to support its mission of clean, abundant energy for all.
Lu-Fong holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management; an MS in Political Science from MIT; and a BA with Distinction in Economics and International Relations from Stanford University.

Jacqueline has over 15 years’ experience driving HR excellence and transformation across multiple industries, such as manufacturing, hospitality, gaming, technology, renewable energy, as well as privately held firms. A strategic business partner and force multiplier, Jacqueline has been responsible for amplifying productivity and impact across all aspects of an organization.

Graeme Milton is the VP, Finance of TAE Power Solutions, where he oversees the financial strategy and operations of the company. With a robust background in finance and leadership, Graeme plays a pivotal role in driving financial performance and supporting the company’s growth initiatives.
Graeme is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, reflecting his extensive expertise and commitment to the field of financial reporting and management accounting. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and management, contributing to the success of various high-profile projects and initiatives.
In his role at TAE Power Solutions, Graeme is known for his strategic vision, analytical skills, and commitment to excellence. He has successfully led teams, optimized financial processes, and implemented innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Francisco Garcia is responsible for the implementation of profitable growth strategies for the Stationary Business Unit to deliver P&L targets at TAE Power Solutions.
He does this by managing operational excellence and efficiency, strong financial planning, and fostering a culture that demonstrates TAE’s commitment to its employees, community, and mission.
With previous roles at Jema Energy, he has a comprehensive understanding of the renewables and energy storage marketplace in the US and establishing the strategies for business positioning, brand building and consolidation in the market.

Richard Moore is the Special Advisor Strategy & Delivery at TAE Power Solutions.
A highly motivated leader with more than three decades of experience in the automotive industry, Richard is adept at establishing and leading engineering divisions to develop and deliver advanced technical solutions from concept to production.
At TAE, he leads the development and monetization of Power Solutions’ comprehensive catalog of energy storage and power management innovations, which will deliver faster charging, stronger power output, further range, and longer battery life without compromising EV affordability.
Richard, known as “Dickie,” joined Power Solutions from Group Lotus, where he held the position of Executive Director of Engineering, responsible for all Lotus sports car programs, third-party engineering programs and spearheading the rapid expansion of Lotus Engineering. Prior to that, Dickie served as Director of Propulsion at Lotus Cars, formulating and implementing the sports car company’s rapid strategic transition to electric mobility.
Before joining Lotus, Dickie spent eight years with Jaguar Land Rover, where he held the position of Chief Engineer, Electrification Engineering, and led the powertrain development of the Jaguar I-Pace – the all-electric SUV named European and World Car of the Year in 2019. Having initially begun his career in the aerospace sector before transitioning to automotive, he has also held key roles with MG Rover, BMW, Ricardo PLC and Shanghai Automotive.
