Industry veteran brings more than a decade of energy storage commercial leadership to support TAE Power Solutions’ commercial scale-up across C&I, AI, and high-performance computing power infrastructure markets
Foothill Ranch, CA, May 28, 2026 — TAE Power Solutions, a technology company delivering advanced power management and energy storage solutions for a more resilient electric future, today announced the appointment of Scott Osborne as Senior Vice President, Commercial. In this role, Osborne will lead the company’s commercial strategy, customer engagement, and go-to-market execution across its growing portfolio of fast-response power management, hybrid energy storage, and energy storage solutions.
Scott joins TAE Power Solutions with more than a decade of experience in the energy storage sector, having held commercial leadership roles at several of the industry’s most recognized companies. He began his energy storage career in 2013 at A123 Systems, one of the early pioneers in grid-scale storage, where he sold and managed some of Europe’s earliest energy storage projects. He later held senior sales leadership roles at Greensmith Energy (acquired by Wärtsilä), KORE Power, and most recently Fluence Energy, where he led the Americas sales team.

“Scott brings exactly the kind of commercial leadership TAE Power Solutions needs as customers look for faster, more flexible ways to manage power,” said Ran Bareket, CEO of TAE Power Solutions. “Commercial and industrial facilities are under pressure to reduce energy costs, improve resiliency, and optimize onsite energy resources, while AI and high-performance computing operators are facing a different but equally urgent challenge: delivering reliable power at speed while managing highly dynamic loads. Scott’s experience helping customers navigate complex energy storage deployments will be critical as we bring TAE Power Solutions’ differentiated technologies to these markets.”
TAE Power Solutions is advancing a new class of power management technologies designed to address the increasing complexity of modern power infrastructure. As AI data centers, electrified industrial operations, and grid-connected storage applications place new demands on power systems, the company’s technologies are designed to deliver fast, precise, and resilient control across storage, generation, and load.
“TAE Power Solutions has built a technology foundation that is highly relevant to where the market is heading,” said Osborne. “What drew me to the company is the opportunity to help customers solve practical power challenges with solutions that are fast, flexible, and commercially actionable. I’m excited to work with the team to deepen customer partnerships, accelerate adoption, and scale the commercial organization for this next phase of growth.”
Scott’s appointment comes as TAE Power Solutions continues to expand its commercial activity across battery energy storage systems, hybrid storage architectures, and advanced power management applications. AI infrastructure growth, electrification, grid constraints, and demand for resilient behind-the-meter infrastructure are driving the need for power systems that can be deployed quickly, operate reliably, and respond dynamically to changing load conditions. His leadership will help TAE Power Solutions scale power technologies built for the next generation of industrial and AI data center infrastructure.
